All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.99 flat rate standard shipping to Australia.

We offer free shipping for any orders over $69.

 

Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our stores across Sydney. (Please see the locations for the available pickup stores). Please select your pickup location and date (minimum of 3 days after from your order date) in the cart page and after placing your order, select a store pickup option at the checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Our in-store pickup hours and opening hours are available here. Please have your order confirmation email and identification with you when you come to pickup your order.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tomsproject_online@tomsproject.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We DO NOT offer shipping to P.O. boxes.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
